This output will provide precise recommendations for improving mental health and wellbeing of teachers in VET schools through implementation of a dedicated professional development programme. These recommendations will be formulated based on the results of O1-O3 implementation, embedded in the Pilot Professional Development Training for VET staff, including “Training of trainers” (min 30 participants) and “Multiplication training in VET schools” (min 90 participants) in all partner’s countries. As a result of these pilot training activities, partners will be able to identify steps a VET school should undertake in order to improve specific aspects of teachers’ wellbeing.

 

The Guidebook will consist of examples of good practices, success stories, strategy cards, which would inform senior leaders how to support mental health of their staff and promote the culture of wellbeing in their VET schools.
